How do your NFC "Tap to Play" keychains work?

Our keychains work using modern NFC technology -- this is the same kind of technology your phone uses when you "Tap to Pay!"

We load a link to your favorite album or playlist onto this NFC chip, then we embed it into our cassette keychains during the 3D printing process. Yes -- we actually pause our printers and manually insert the chip during the process!

Then, all you have to do is tap. When you tap your keychain to your phone (or other NFC-enabled device with music apps installed, like an iPad), then your album or playlist will open.

This makes our NFC keychains a great gift for a partner, spouse, or loved one. Now you can enjoy the feeling of giving someone a mixtape again, with a modern twist!
What music apps do your keychains support?

Our keychains support Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube Music. If you're using a different app, we may be able to make it work -- send us a message and we will let you know!
How do I find the link to my chosen playlist or album?

In your chosen app, navigate to your album or playlist.

While your screen is showing your album or playlist, hit the "Share" button. This is usually in the top righthand corner, and looks like a rectangle with an arrow (or sometimes, it's just an arrow).

There, you'll see a "Copy Link" option. Find that and select it.

Navigate back to this page and paste your link in the box above.

If we have any reason to think the link you've sent isn't correct, we will reach out to let you know and find a solution!
What is your Return Policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know within 14 days we will make it right.

When can I expect my item to ship?

We are a one-person operation, manufacturing and packing all orders in-house. Please allow 3-6 days for us to print, pack, and ship your order, and up to 10 days in total from the time you order to the day your item is delivered.

How are your keychains manufactered?

Our products are manufactured in-house by our one person team and our collection of 3D printers (located in Oregon, United States). We use non-toxic PLA to produce our keychains, making them lightweight and durable.
